Submit a Maintenance Request
Maintenance requests will be reviewed in the order they are received Monday through Friday, except for holidays. For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please call 817.797.2651.
NOTE - Emergencies are anything related to the property under the lease that is threatening to life, health, or the property itself. The following are NOT emergencies: a refrigerator stops working, locking yourself out of the house, power or gas off, oven doesn’t turn on, or water heater goes out. An air conditioner that fails may be considered urgent, but also is not an emergency and will be repaired within reasonable period of time depending on our other urgent requests previously received (on average between 24 to 48 hours. All non-emergencies must be submitted in writing via this online form or mailed.
